Users are responsible for determining whether professional confidentiality obligations permit uploading material to Pragmatis and any applicable contracted model provider, and for obtaining client consent before uploading privileged, confidential, or client-identifying material. Redact or anonymise sensitive identifying facts before upload.
Where a user uploads personal data relating to clients or third parties, the user is responsible for the lawful basis on which it was collected and for applicable notice and consent obligations. Connected third-party services process data under their own terms and privacy policies; users should assess each integration before enabling it.
